A small pass through the mountains, southwest of Portal City, cuts
directly through the range,and is covered with tough rock. Some farmers
have been able to cultivate and harvest from the rocky ground. The area
has mystical creatures such as Griffins and Wyverns harbored along the
edges of the mountains, and tall, rigid trees.
