The Prison where criminals go once they are found guilty by the judges at
Portal City. The area is cramped and well closed off underground, making
the only way in and out through the southeast road of Portal City. Many
immates dug a tiny hole for possible escape, but hit an old crypt and
released some of the undead, but most were unable to leave the crypt.
