Castle Kibur is a heavily guarded castle in the far north. One of the principle
advocates of Balance keeping the forces of Law and Chaos in the northern hemishere
in check until a greater conflict forces them to hold their judgements for the last
to stand. Ruled by a king and queen, the denizens of the castle are fiercely loyal
and will protect their lands and property with dangerous devotion.
